Born in Kyoto in 1983. After working at WORKPORT, Inc. and Bakumatsu Co., Ltd. (currently Ishin), he established ASIRO in November 2009 and was appointed representative director.

Satoshi Kawamura

Born in Osaka in 1984. After working in companies such as UBS Securities Japan Co., Ltd. and Macquarie Capital Securities (Japan) Limited, he joined ASIRO in April 2017 and was appointed CFO. He was appointed director of the company in January 2018.

Yoichi Aso

After working at Recruit Co., Ltd. (currently Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.), he founded and was appointed representative director of Alphadrive Co., Ltd. in February 2018 and Genome Clinic Co., Ltd. in April 2018, and concurrently serves as an officer of several other companies. He was appointed outside director of the company in March 2019.

Yukiko Omura

She was involved in legal matters such as M&A, corporate restructuring, investment and general corporate legal affairs in Japan and overseas at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. After studying and training abroad, and being dispatched to the Financial Services Agency, she joined Miura & Partners as a partner. She was appointed outside director of the company in January 2020.

Yuta Kawahara

Born in Tokyo in 1983. After working in companies such as Recruit HR Marketing Co., Ltd. (currently Recruit Co., Ltd.), he joined ASIRO in July 2011. He was appointed director of the company in January 2018 and current position in January 2022.

Takaaki Suzuki

Born in Hokkaido in 1994.Started a digital marketing business in the third year of university and supported digital marketing for companies in a wide range of industries. He joined ASIRO　in June 2021 and was appointed General Manager of the Legal Media in November 2021. He was appointed Executive Officer in September 2022.

Kensuke Yokoo

Born in Tokyo in 1992. After working in a consulting company as a new graduate, and then joined ASIRO in March 2018. After launching the Other Media in December 2019, he was appointed as the representative director of a subsidiary that develops HR business.the HR business. In December 2021, due to the absorption merger of a subsidiary, he assumed the position of General Manager of the Other Media.He was appointed Executive Officer in September 2022.

Kazuyoshi Tanaka

After working on overseas plant construction at Chiyoda Corporation, he provided risk consulting for several companies in Japan and overseas at Tokio Marine & Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (currently Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.). After serving as manager of the Internal Audit Office of Dinos Cecile Co., Ltd., he was appointed full-time corporate auditor of the company in September 2017.

After working at Arthur Andersen LLP, he founded and was appointed representative partner of Altas Tax Accountants' Corporation, and was appointed representative director of Altas Co., Ltd. (to present). He has served as an outside officer of listed companies (such as istyle Inc. (to present), Trenders, Inc. (to present), CyberBuzz, Inc. (to present), TeamSpirit Inc., Macromill, Inc. and Nippon Residential Investment Corporation), an incorporated educational institution (GLOBIS University (to present)), and social welfare corporations (several).
