Shigeo Takahashi
During his 32-year tenure at Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Mr. Takahashi held key positions in accounting functions and corporate management. He subsequently served as a Full-time Corporate Auditor at Yutaka Giken Co., Ltd. and APB Corporation, and possesses profound expertise in auditing practices at listed companies and corporate governance. In January 2026, he was appointed as an Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) of the Company.

Yoichi Aso
After working at Recruit Co., Ltd. (currently Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.), he founded and was appointed representative director of Alphadrive Co., Ltd. in February 2018 and Genome Clinic Co., Ltd. in April 2018, and concurrently serves as an officer of several other companies. He was appointed outside director of the company in March 2019.

Takuya Tome
After joining Kitahama Law Office, he was seconded to Japan Exchange Regulation and subsequently earned his LL.M. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He was named a Partner of the firm in January 2021. With his extensive expertise in the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and securities practice, he was appointed as an Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) of the Company in January 2026.

Kensuke Yokoo
Born in Tokyo in 1992. After working in a consulting company as a new graduate, and then joined ASIRO in March 2018. After launching the Other Media in December 2019, he was appointed as the representative director of a subsidiary that develops HR business. He was appointed Executive Officer in September 2022 and appointed Senior Executive Officer in May 2024. He is currently in charge of the Media Business Division.

Born in Tokyo in 1983. After working in companies such as Recruit HR Marketing Co., Ltd. (currently Recruit Co., Ltd.), he joined ASIRO in July 2011. He was appointed director of the company in January 2018 and current position in January 2022 and appointed Senior Executive Officer in January 2025. He is currently in charge of the HR Business Division.

Born in Wakayama in 1982. After working in HIKARI TSUSHIN, INC. as a new graduate, he was transferred to the company's insurance subsidiary and served as a director of six related insurance companies. He was appointed as Executive Officer of ASIRO in June 2024 and appointed Senior Executive Officer in January 2025. He is currently in charge of the Insurance Business Division.

Born in Tochigi in 1990. After working in Kanagawa Subaru Co. as a new graduate, joined ASIRO in January 2018.After launching the Customer Success Department, she was appointed Deputy General Manager of the Legal Media Division in May 2024, and was appointed Executive Officer in August 2024. She is currently in charge of the Legal Media Division.
