ASIRO was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in 2021, some ten years after the launch of the “Divorce Attorney Navi" media site, which was the company's first such site.
I believe that the virtuous cycle of realization of business growth for customers by providing favorable advertising effects resulting in an increase in business volume and thereby growth for ASIRO has provided a driving force, and we would like to continue conducting business with a focus on the principle of putting the customer first in the future.
Our core business of Legal Media is aimed at optimal matching of users facing legal concerns with attorneys, but I strongly feel that we are still half way through the resolution of social issues in the legal field.
Although searching for information has become easier for users with the spread of smartphones, there are many cases where people are unable to determine whether they should consult an attorney about a matter. Furthermore, the number of attorneys has increased by around 2.5 times over the past two decades due to judicial system reform, and the environment is becoming increasingly competitive.
In such an environment, by communicating information to create opportunities for people to recognize that the law is helpful and to consult attorneys who meet their needs, ASIRO would like to work toward resolving the issues on both sides.
Furthermore, in Legal Human Resources, we adopt a broad approach to addressing social issues such as providing support for the reallocation of social resources in the form of attorneys, and investing in small amount and short term insurance companies selling insurance products covering attorney's fees through insurance claims.
ASIRO's mission is to “make everyone involved happier than anyone," and since the company was listed, we have been making additional efforts to have deep involvement with more people and be a company that can make a wide-ranging contribution to society.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone for their support and ask for your continued support in the future.
